Lauren's Way Fake Tan- Review

Lauren's Way Self Tanning Bronzing Lotion- Review

Hey Everyone!

So recently it was my birthday and as a gift I got Lauren Goodger's fake tan from her salon/shop known as 'Lauren's Way'. I have had one of her fake tans before but it was in a different shade. I really loved the first one I got, the only thing that let it down a bit for me was that it took a lot of coats to get the colour I wanted. So this time I have gone for the tan in shade 'Darker than dark'. Now I know that sounds quite scary, but don't worry it doesn't turn you into a giant cheesy puff. For me, it only takes 1-2 coats to get the colour I want; this tan is very build-able and you can achieve the darkness you want easily. It has such a lovely consistency and doesn't go all patchy or sticky like some fake tans.

Obviously exfoliating and moisturising before makes application a lot better, if I am being honest though, I have applied this before without all the scrubbing and preparation and it has still applied onto my skin perfectly. What I find great about this fake tan is that it has a sweet, fruity scent to it so it doesn't stink of that typical 'fake tan' smell. The bottle it comes in already has a pump on it which is useful and allows you to not apply too much in one go. The only downside to this fake tan is that in pictures when flash is used it makes your skin quite a yellow/orange tone. It isn't a huge noticeable disaster though, without flash you just look nice and brown. Perfect! It is priced at £17.95 which I think is really reasonable for the quality of this fake tan. I mean FakeBake charge £30! This is definitely my favourite fake tan.

Without Flash. This is only 1-2 coats
